Waterloo Region – FASD Support Group for Caregivers
- 6x monthly sessions (September 2025-March 2026)
- Virtual and in-person hybrid format
- Co-facilitated by Caregivers with lived experience and a Service Coordinator
- Topics include Creating A Circle of Support, The Importance of Routine & Structure, The “Snowplow” Approach, and Transitioning from Adolescence to Adulthood
- Max capacity: 20 families
